Introduction
The Bai Dat Do Urban Area (APEC Phu Quoc) is an urban-tourism project in Phu Quoc, invested and developed by APEC Group in the context of the region being selected to host APEC 2027. The project aims for a mixed-use model of accommodation, resort, and commercial facilities, anticipating the strong growth in tourism and international events.
Scale: The project covers an area of approximately 65 hectares, with an estimated total investment of approximately VND 5,000 billion, including hotels, condotels, resort villas, and a system of service amenities. With the advantage of infrastructure and the increasing flow of international tourists serving APEC 2027, the project is positioned as one of the new urban-tourism highlights in Phu Quoc.
Construction of reinforced concrete for areas S2, S3, and S4 is underway.
