DATA's News

May 30, 2026 — Not a dry lecture, not a one-sided presentation — DATA Group’s sharing session that day had “coconut,” laughter, frank questions, and most importantly: real “hoods.”

When Professionalism Becomes a Strategic Asset
With the theme “From Connection to Performance — Professionalism & Work Culture,” the sharing session brought together the entire DATA office staff in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, it was video-connected to site teams across the provinces and cities. The guest speaker was Mr. Le Dinh Thang, M.A. — Member of the Board of Directors of ABrighter Consultancy, who has over 15 years of experience in senior leadership in logistics, fintech, and management consulting.

The overarching message of the session was clear: each person’s professionalism is “living proof” of the organization’s capabilities.

Not just theory — it’s the reality of DATA
DATA serves the most demanding clients: Japanese FDI corporations like Olympus and Panasonic; FMCG giants like Pepsi Foods and CJ Foods; and heavy industry companies like Hoa Phat and Hoa Sen.

With these partners, a delayed response, an unprepared meeting, or a “that’s not my business” attitude — can all leave a negative mark on the entire “One-Stop Solution” brand that DATA has painstakingly built.

Professional conduct is no small matter!

Format 30–70: Talk Less, Solve More
The interesting aspect of the sharing session was its program design: 30% training – standardizing mindset, 70% sharing – resolving real team issues. From generational gaps in the workplace to how to express the 5 core values through daily behavior, everything was discussed frankly in the spirit of “speak directly, without judgment, and get immediate results.”

Host Le Dinh Thang used his experience to evoke very real-life situations that were both “sensitive” and incredibly relevant to the hidden “insights” of office workers in general and data professionals in particular.

The session concluded with an energetic photo session — peace gestures, radiant smiles, and a shared commitment: We Get It Done — not just a slogan, but one that begins with habits for the next 30 days.

A Small Step, a Stronger Team
This sharing session was part of a series of activities built by DATA’s Culture Department — where each individual was reminded that they were not just working for a company, but contributing to a growing industrial ecosystem.
