Tender package includes:

• Expand more than 1000 m2 of 3rd floor area into a working area.
• Construction of the entire mechanical and electrical part, water supply and drainage for the 3rd floor.
• Design and construction of all office furniture in this area.

Investor: ON Semiconductor Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Consultant: IntES Co., Ltd.

The project was expanded from August 2023 with a schedule of 75 days.
