DATA's News

On June 1st, the Cultural Committee organized a gameshow named CHILDHOOD TREASURE with fun and attractive activities. The program acted as a “button” bringing all the DATAers back in time, searching for the “intense” memories of their childhood.

The gameshow started with the game “What did our childhood have?”, through which the “DATA kids” had the opportunity to reminisce about their precious childhood memories thanks to the appearance of familiar toys and foods from a long time ago.

In the second game, the “DATA kids” had to complete a handicraft homework assignment given by the Cultural “teachers”. Using their inherent creativity and intelligence, the DATA students created familiar paper-folded toys such as airplanes, boats, and fortune tellers.

When it came to the final round, the DATA hall turned into a musical performance by the DATA students with a challenge to guess songs by their notes. Songs like “Piggy Bank,” “I Go to Kindergarten,” “This Earth Belongs to Us,”… were recreated with outstanding voices that, though not always clear, were slightly off-key.

After three exciting and dynamic games, the organizers were still unable to determine a winner due to the enthusiastic spirit of the DATAers. Perhaps everyone had a extremely brilliant and memorable childhood, so no game could challenge the “DATA kids.”

Finally, the organizers wish all the “kids” of DATA always stay happy and youthful. We hope that no matter what age we are, we will always be the “young seedlings,” continuously curious, inquisitive, creative, and full of dreams.
